WINTER FLAVORS

  • Fresh walnuts roasted – then blended - to perfection in a mixture of garlic powder, and a spice mixture of cumin, cayenne and cloves. This truffle is sure to help you forget your winter blues!

  • A yummy blend of hazelnut, raisins, and honey. A warmth-inducing winter comfort favorite.

  • Chocolate by Ayo™ prepares its ganache with a fresh pomegranate puree, creating a truffle as unique as the pomegranate fruit.

  • Infused with Sencha Green Tea with cherry blossoms, rose petals and cardamom, the Chocolate by Ayo™ Picker-upper Sencha truffle is the perfect "anytime-of-day-picker-upper”.

SPRING FLAVORS

  • It takes two to tango – well in this case it takes the tropical trio of mango, pineapple and banana in a synchronization of flavors, choreographed and blended to perfection. Let the taste bud dance begin!

  • This truffle has hints of cardamom, ginger, cloves and a touch of sea salt – and of course, macadamia nuts. Indulge your naughty side with this nutty goodness!

  • A crazy but brilliant almond butter, apricot puree and honey laced dark chocolate ganache concoction. No wonder this truffle needs a whole new made up word of its own.

  • An old flame’s favorite tea flavor, jasmine combined with her talents as a jazz musician – this truffle is sure to please and soothe.

SUMMER FLAVORS

  • An invigorating and fruity truffle, the Chocolate by Ayo™ PEA-CHEE is our scientific (yes you read this correctly) combination of freshly made peach puree and lychee puree with a touch of cinnamon.

  • Organic almonds roasted and tossed in a paprika, cumin, agave nectar, sea salt, and cayenne mix, and ground into our base ganache for a full-body truffle.

  • A mixture of orange zest, freshly squeezed oranges, agave, and chunky marmalade heated to a thick paste – becoming the filling for this zesty truffle.

  • A healthy dose of herbal infused earl red tea is introduced into the ganache mix for a caffeine-free and hydrating jolt any time of day.

FALL FLAVORS

  • Inspired by Ayo’s childhood memories of climbing guava trees to score those out of reach succulent fruits (and his re-introduction to the fruit in paste form in East Harlem in 2010), this fruity truffle is made with a fresh guava puree mixed in with our dark chocolate ganache.

  • What does a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla extract, fresh pecans and chocolate produce? Why silly – Perfection of course!!!

  • Nothing says fall like pumpkin pie! And so we mix into our dark ganache some homemade pumpkin pie. Just be careful, you might feel the urge to garnish this truffle with some whipped cream – it’s ok if you do!

  • A lively blend of bergamot scented Ceylon tea with violets and lavender infused into the dark chocolate ganache.

  • A skinned fresh pear brought to boil in a mix of saffron threads, lemon zest, vanilla bean and sugar for full absorption – and then made into a puree to be mixed with our classic truffle. A savory combination of flavors, this truffle is sure to please over and over again!

  • Need a little spice in your life? Not to fear – this red pepper, chilies, vinegar and brown sugar concoction is just what the doctor ordered! Don’t let the name – nor the ingredients – fool you, this truffle is to die for!

  • Red velvet cake and chocolate – a desert lover’s dream come true!

  • Turkish delight, lightly blended fresh pistachio nuts and white chocolate make this truffle one that is both delicate in appearance and flavor. The rosewater in the Turkish delight and the crunch of pistachios make for a delectable match made in heaven!

ALL-YEAR FLAVORS

  • Our most simple creation – a straightforward dark chocolate ganache rolled in cocoa powder. Do not however underestimate this truffle - it packs a punch as it has very subtle hints of cardamom, ginger, cloves and a touch of sea salt with any one of these ingredients ready to play the lead role on any given day!

  • A beautiful blend of Ceylon Black Tea with warm spices of cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon.

  • An herbal Rooibos Tea blended with saffron, rose petals, and a dash of honey. Sit back and let this aphrodisiac truffle work its wonders!

  • This fruity truffle that consists of our signature blend of apples, bananas and coconut purees – The fruit ABC’s – is a must for fruit lovers. The good news, this truffle is available all year round!

  • Freshly made dulce de leche paste (from almond milk), with a touch of cinnamon and vanilla extract, mixed in our ganache mix. There is only one word to describe this caramel-goodness – Delish!
